The teacher collaborates with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to ensure students receive appropriate instructional support that promotes academic achievement, independence, and social-emotional growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities -
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with federal, state, and district regulations. -
Provide direct and indirect instructional support to students with disabilities in inclusive, resource, or self-contained settings as assigned. -
Adapt curriculum, instructional strategies, and materials to meet the individual needs of students. -
Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive practices and differentiated instruction. -
Conduct ongoing assessments and collect data to monitor student progress toward IEP goals. -
